How to Add Users to VOLT

To add a user to your TAP program and send them the VOLT Certification email:

1. Add the user to your company.  More info: Adding Users
2. Update the user and check the VOLT flag in the Merchandising Portal.  More info: Updating Users in the Merchandising Portal

Users are automatically added to VOLT and the certification invitation email is sent approximately on the hour.
