VOLT Certification Troubleshooting

Please use a desktop or laptop running the Google Chrome web browser.

The certification is designed to be viewed on a desktop or laptop that is connected to a solid wired or wireless network. Some mobile devices will be able to view the certification, but you may not be able to view all of the content or complete the certification.
To get Chrome, visit¬†https://www.google.com/chrome¬†and click “Download Chrome.” Download and installation takes only a few minutes.

I see a “pop-up blocked” message.

Click the pop-up blocker icon in the address bar (it’s next to the bookmark star). Select always allow and try opening the certification again.

I didn’t receive my invitation email.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If the email is nowhere to be found, ask your manager to check which email address was used to create your account and if it was spelled correctly.
If you lost or accidentally deleted the email, call or email us and we will re-send it. More invitation email information is available for VOLT and TAP Merchandising.

I’m stuck in the certification and can’t complete it.

If you have completed the certification yet VOLT indicates it is still incomplete, try logging out and back in. Open the certification again – if it asks you to pick up where you left off, select “yes.” Proceed to the last video section and be sure to press “submit” once it is finished.
