Trouble Logging In: Usernames, Passwords, Tips and Help

Your username for both VOLT and TAP Merchandising is the email address where you initially received your invitation emails.

This cannot be changed without your employer creating a new account for you.
If you aren’t sure which email was used to create your account, please talk to your manager or call us at 1-855-GET-TAP1 (1-855-438-8271).

Here’s what to do if you receive a message along the lines of “invalid username or password:”

  1. Try logging in again, carefully re-typing your email address and password and verifying each character
  2. If you still receive the above message, reset your password (details below)

Resetting your password in VOLT or TAP Merchandising

Note that your VOLT and SBI/TAP Merchandising passwords may be different. To reset your password, you need to have access to your email.

An email with a link and instructions will be sent to your email address, provided it is the correct address for the account.
Note that VOLT requires you to change your password every 90 days. More info here.
