Questions about Editing Users

Question: Can I change the email address for a user once they are entered?

Answer: At this time, you can not edit the email address. If you entered the wrong email address, you will need to enter a new user with the correct email address.

Question: Can we edit the first and last name of a user

Answer: You can email Team@GetTapApp.com to request a change to the first and/or last name of your user.

Question:  Can we delete duplicate users or users who have been terminated?

Answer:  You can remove a user by setting their status to “Inactive”
