Inactive employees are revoked access to both the SBI Platform and Volt systems.
Administrators who change their status will not be able to view the user through the Merchandisin Portal.
As a result, these inactive users will not generate time card data in the Users view or through Analytics reports.
Administrators can reactivate users from the SBI Platform’s Company management view if this is the case.
Afterwards the employee’s time card data will populate in the Merchandising Portal.
