TAP – The SBI Software websites says I do not have access

Problem:  After logging into the SBI Software website, I get the error message “You do not have access!” when trying to open the Merchandising Portal.

Answer:  As an in-store TAP Associate, you will use the TAP Merchandising app on your phone.  The Merchandising Portal is used by the managers and administrators at your merchandising company.
