This cannot be changed without your employer creating a new account for you.
If you aren’t sure which email was used to create your account, please talk to your manager or call us at 1-855-GET-TAP1 (1-855-438-8271).
Note that your VOLT and SBI/TAP Merchandising passwords may be different. To reset your password, you need to have access to your email.
An email with a link and instructions will be sent to your email address, provided it is the correct address for the account.
Note that VOLT requires you to change your password every 90 days. More info here.
