6 Easy Steps to Go Live

Now that you are ready to start using the tool of choice for TAP teams, simply complete the following 6 steps to take you and your team live with the Tap App. Walking through these 6 steps will introduce you and your team to all the ways that Tap App will help your merchandising efforts. Let’s get started.

STEP 1

You fill out a simple onboarding survey

Follow the link to complete a quick onboarding survey.

STEP 2

Tap Team verifies your setup

You will receive an email with your Tap App login information moving you and your team into Pilot Status.

STEP 3

You schedule Admin training session

This is a 1-on-1 training session with your Admin or TAP Team Leader, moving you and your team into Training Status.

STEP 4

Tap Team sends training videos

You receive training videos that will help you and your team get the most out of your training sessions. 

STEP 5

You schedule Team training session

Comprehensive group training for you and your team on Tap Mobile, Tap Portal, and Tap Analytics.

STEP 6

You request Go Live status

This will clear out any test transactional data from the app, allowing your team to start with a blank slate using real data. You will then receive a go live notification indicating your team is ready to begin using the app!
